We want you to love your purchase. At Artist Lane, we strive to ensure our customers feel confident when ordering from us online. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our returns policy below:

We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy on original artworks from the date of delivery. Please note commissioned original paintings are not eligible for change of mind return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the artwork or packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if these conditions are not met. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend using registered post or a trackable courier service when returning items, additionally we advise considering insurance to protect against any potential loss or damage during transit. Refunds will be processed only once the original item has been received and inspected by us.
