Please refer to our returns policy below:​Change of mind:We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy on original artworks from the date of delivery. Please note commissioned original paintings are not eligible for change of mind return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the artwork or packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if these conditions are not met. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using registered post or a trackable courier service when returning items, additionally we advise considering insurance to protect against any potential loss or damage during transit. Refunds will be processed only once the original item has been received and inspected by us.​If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.​Damage on Arrival:You can return your damaged item by contacting us. To facilitate our work, please provide your order confirmation or receipt as well as photographs of the damaged good and packaging along with your request. If the artwork is able to be fixed we will return it to you once this is completed.
