All shipping is posted with a reputable Tasmanian courier service and pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Postage and packaging Tasmania for artworks under 30 x 30: $60
Note there may be an extra charge for very remote regions.
Postage and packaging to mainland major cities for artworks under 30 x 30: $90.
Price for regional and other locations on request
Postage and packaging Tasmania for artworks under 1500mm x 1500mm : $90
Note there may be an extra charge for very remote regions.
Postage and packaging to Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra for artworks under 1500mm x 1500mm: $370, Perth $475.00,Darwin is $575.00.

Delivery time
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before dispatch from the Hobart Studio.
Please allow approx 7 – 10 business days for deliveries within Australia and up to 30 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary further depending on your location.

Studio pick up
Feel free to order online and then collect your purchase from the Artist's studio. Please email us first, to arrange a suitable collection time.

Thank you for purchasing an artwork at katherineperrott.com We want you to love your purchase and ensure you feel confident when ordering from us online. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our returns policy below:

Change of mind:
We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy on original artworks from the date of delivery. Please note commissioned original paintings are not eligible for change of mind return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the artwork or packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if these conditions are not met. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using registered post or a trackable courier service when returning items, additionally we advise considering insurance to protect against any potential loss or damage during transit. Refunds will be processed only once the original item has been received and inspected by us.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Damage on Arrival:
You can return your damaged item by contacting us. To facilitate our work, please provide your order confirmation or receipt as well as photographs of the damaged good and packaging along with your request. If the artwork is able to be fixed we will return it to you once this is completed. If the artwork cannot be satisfactorily repaired we will provide a full refund.
